These Terms apply to purchases submitted through delvarasox.com. They describe what to review before ordering, how an order may be accepted, and the terms that apply through fulfillment and after-sales requests.
We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, photographs, specifications, pricing, and availability accurately. Minor differences in appearance may occur because of screen settings, lighting conditions, materials, manufacturing tolerances, or other reasonable product variations.
Before an order is completed, checkout displays applicable product prices, available payment methods, shipping charges, taxes where applicable, discounts, and the final order total. By submitting payment details, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
Discount codes, limited-time offers, and promotions may be subject to eligibility requirements, expiration dates, minimum purchase requirements, exclusions, usage limits, or other conditions presented with the applicable offer.
An order confirmation indicates that we received an order request. It does not necessarily mean that payment verification, inventory review, fraud-prevention checks, or fulfillment checks have been completed.
We may refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary because of payment failure, suspected fraud, unavailable inventory, material pricing errors, legal restrictions, or inability to fulfill the purchase. If payment has already been collected for an order that we cancel, the applicable amount will be refunded.
Send change or cancellation requests as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to assist before fulfillment begins, but changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed after processing, fulfillment, shipment preparation, or dispatch has started.
No cancellation fee is charged when an order is successfully canceled before fulfillment.
Orders are normally processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation. During unusually busy periods, processing may require up to 5 business days.
For standard shipping to supported United States destinations, estimated carrier transit is generally 10–15 business days after dispatch. Applicable shipping charges are displayed during checkout.
Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
After an approved return has been received, inspected, and approved, we initiate the eligible refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. The payment provider may require additional posting time.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially different from its description, contact us promptly. Once the issue is reviewed and confirmed, we will provide an appropriate solution at no additional cost to the customer for an error attributable to us.
Pet furniture products purchased through our store must be used lawfully and in accordance with applicable product information, specifications, care guidance, safety notices, and instructions.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from a purchase, transaction, or use of the store.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts consumer rights, remedies, warranties, or liabilities that applicable law does not permit to be excluded or restricted.
We may revise these Terms by posting an updated version on delvarasox.com. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, the version in effect when an order is submitted generally applies to that transaction.
